Founded in April 2014, Shandong Jingbo Wood-based Material Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 31.8 million yuan and covers an area of nearly 600 acres. At present, the national green building materials industry continues to develop, and the demand for high-performance structural materials in the domestic and international markets has increased. Under this background, the company uses artificial fast-growing forest as raw material, adopts automatic rotary cutting machine and integrated drying furnace equipment, and presses biomass materials through various physical and chemical processes. This can effectively improve the performance and change the defects such as soft wood, low density and easy deformation. The density is increased, the strength is increased, and the water resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability can be significantly improved. According to the Shandong Building Materials Quality Testing Center, the thermal conductivity of biomass materials is 0.148 W/(m•K), while the average wood is 0.15-0.2 W/(m•K). The lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulation performance. At the same time, the "National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Refractory Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" has verified that the flame retardant performance of our biomass materials has reached GB8624B1 (C-s1, d0, t2) and is a flame retardant material. In view of its superior mechanical properties and flame retardant properties, biomass materials have been widely used in indoor and outdoor furniture, outdoor flooring, energy-saving flame retardant wood doors and windows, truss systems and wood structural systems. High-performance biomass fuels make the best use of resources and maximize value

In order to maximize the value of comprehensive utilization of resources, the company pressed bark, discarded wood veneers and wood chips generated during the production and processing of biomass materials into biomass fuel. The ash content of this biomass fuel is only 1.16%, which is far lower than the ash content of 32.68% of coal. According to the detection of effective testing institutions, the sulfur content of biomass fuel is 0.04%, and the combustion value is 4778 kcal/kg. However, the coal has a sulfur content of 1.7% and a combustion value of 4,604 kcal/kg. Therefore, biomass fuel can completely replace boat coal. This not only reduces the production cost of the enterprise, but also effectively saves the timber resources and protects the atmospheric environment. In addition, it also forms a recycling of three remnants and fast-growing forests, improving the use efficiency and economic added value of low-grade wood.building materials.

 

Green doors and windows save energy and reduce consumption to promote the upgrading of traditional industries

At present, the first phase of the company's project is “European energy-saving flame retardant wooden doors and windows with annual production of 150,000 m2 ”. The product is based on biomass materials and is produced by the powerful wood technology team of Power (Yantai) Wood Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, we have introduced a complete set of 26 advanced door and window production equipment from Germany to ensure that all technical performances such as doors and windows meet national standards. In the traditional construction industry in China, the K value of general building doors and windows is ≥2.2W (m2*k). Approved by the National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the K value of energy-saving and flame-retardant wooden windows produced by our company based on biomass materials is much lower than that of traditional building doors and windows, and the thermal insulation performance is very superior. Among them, the IV value of the IV68 series (internal opening vacuum) is 1.4W/(m2*k), and the K value of (internal opening/hollow) is 1.6W/(m2*k). The K78 value of the IV78 series (internal opening/vacuum) reaches 1.1 W/(m2*k), and the K value of (internal opening/hollow) reaches 1.2 W/(m2*k). This indicates that the energy-saving and flame-retardant wooden windows produced by our company can promote the upgrading and upgrading of existing buildings, promote the industrial structure adjustment of traditional building doors and windows industry, and boost the development of green building materials.

Our company commissioned SGS to test the environmental performance (free formaldehyde emission) of biomass materials. The test results show that the formaldehyde emission of biomass materials is only 0.01 PPM, which is far lower than the 0.05 PPM specified by the US standard, exceeding the US standard. This provides a healthier environment for the construction of kindergartens and contributes to the realization of green and energy-efficient buildings.
